申请注意事项：

1.For each shipment of goods, importer will need a SONCAP certificate to clear the goods from customs in Nigeria(对于每一批出运货物，进口商都必须获得SONCAP证书才能在尼日利亚海关办理清关);
2.Exporters should provide us with a copy of the final invoice, packing list, B/L and AWB for the certificate procedure(出证需要出口商提供给我们最终发票、装箱单、海运提单和航空提单等的副本);
3.Your shipment may be performed testing at random intervals based on risk assessment(在风险评估的基础上，您的货物可能会被随机抽样测试);
4.If without witnessing container loading by CCIC, the CoC certificate provides confirmation only that the stipulated products conform to the essential requirements of son approved standards, it does not verify the actual quantity shipped and any information presented with respect to quantity and description is drawn directly from the exporter's final invoice and/or packing list.  It is the sole responsibility of the exporter to ensure that the products shipped are in accordance with their son product certificate and contractual obligations to the buyer(不实施集装箱监装的情况下，CoC证书只证明规定产品符合尼日利亚标准局已批准标准的基本要求，而不验证实际装运数量，关于数量和产品描述的信息都是直接依据出口商的最终发票和/或装箱单。保证出运产品符合尼日利亚标准局产品证书和买方的合同要求是出口商必须的责任).
