2013年11月1日，欧盟出台了新版污水渠、排水渠用陶土管道系统标准，新标准对产品从生产质量保证到产品验证，都提出了更加严谨的要求。原2005版标准于20014年11月1日正式废止，企业可以在未来的一年时间里面完成产品的升级及证书的改版工作。
