致：证书修改申请人：
证书持有者在提交证书内容修改并得到意大利ECM的认可，修改流程开始后，证书持有者必须立刻停用修改前的证书。证书持有者有完全的责任确保证书持有者的合作方、客户、第三方渠道的旧版证书作废，并更换成修改后证书。
在新证书下发至证书持有者后，一旦发现修改前证书仍在市面上流通的情况，则意大利ECM将遵照相关的管理办法，鉴于证书持有者未履行证书有效性之职责，将此证书做假证书处理，且将证书持有者放入黑名单。
证书持有者对其证书的版本和有效性承担完全管理的责任，责任范围包括但不仅限于证书持有者自身、合作商、客户、第三方渠道等。
Official notice due to certificate modification:
After certificate modification is accepted and proceeded, the former version of the certificate is considered invalid. Certificate Holder is fully responsible for renewal of the version updates, old version replacement with Certificate Holder’s distributors, clients, all other third-party cooperating channels.
After issuance of modified certificate, once the invalid version of certificate was found out still circulating, ECM will follow the certificate management requirement, abolish the certificate validity and block Certificate Holder under Blacklist, based on Certificate Holder’s failure in execution of duty due to validity of certificate.
A Certificate Holder is fully responsible for certificates’ accuracy and validity, the target audience of this responsibility includes but is not limited to: Certificate Holder, distributors, clients, and all the other third-party channels, etc.
